I am an Australian/ Iraqi podiatrist speaking both Arabic and English, Graduated in 2016 from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Was head podiatrist at Melbourne Foot and Ankle Group before joining Medliclinic.
I directed PodMedEd a medical institute in Australia and was voted most loved trainer in 2019.

Bunions
Bunions, also known as hallux valgus, is a common condition of the foot and involves the big toe moving sideways towards the second toe and is often painful.
Footwear Assessment
The type of foot structure you have can be better suited to specific footwear types. There are specific features that shoes should have as to not cause any pathologies in the foot.
Skin callus
Foot calluses are a result of a continuous pressure placed in an area causing an overproduction of dead skin cells and a buildup of dead skin in the area.
Corns
Corns are a buildup of dead skin and develop as a result of localised pressure placed in a area on the foot. It can develop on the sole of the foot and between or on top of toes.
Foot Deformity
There a many foot and toe deformities that can occur due to a range of issues. These may lead to pain or walking issues.
Cracked skin
Cracked heels, also called heel fissures, is a condition where callus and cracks around the heel of the foot develop
Fungal nail treatment
Fungal nails are a common condition of the nail and can involve the nail changing colour, thickening, crumbling and can be painful.
Flat foot
Flat foot is characterised by the low or arch of arch that should exist midfoot and can lead to the development of further abnormalities and pain.
Athlete’s foot
Tinea pedis is a fungal infection of the feet. The type of fungi that causes tinea prefer warm and moist environments so the foot can be an ideal environment for growth.
Ingrown toenail treatment/surgery
Ingrown toenails, also known as onychocrytosis, is a condition where a portion of the toenail grows into the surrounding tissue. A common occurrence of ingrown toenails is on the big toe (hallux).
Fibroma
Fibromas are firm bumps that commonly occur on the bottom of the foot (plantar fibroma).

Verrucae/wart

A Spur is a bony protrusion on the bone. It can be painful as it can irritate a fascia and tendons that runs along the foot.
